We Do Not Well, If...
From Our Pastor's Desk
2nd Kings 7:9 - “Then they said one to another, We do not well: this is a day of good tidings, and we hold our peace...”
The city of Samaria was under severe famine in the land. God in a mysterious way sacked the invading Syrian army, who left behind plenty of food and other precious things, but the Samaritans knew nothing of this miracle.
Four lepers discovered the miracle, had their fill and wanted to hide the rest for themselves. Then they told themselves, “We do not well”, in other words, “What we are doing is not right”.
We should not be silent with this good news. Do not withhold or hoard the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Know it, believe it and share it.
You will have good success this 2018.
Remain blessed.
Shalom
