Covenant of Blood

By Pastor Tayo Adewale

Everlasting covenant is an ancient covenant, new and better one. God has made this covenant with us through the precious blood of His son.

The Hebrew word for covenant is “Berith” meaning “fetter cutting”. Covenant is between two people, you do your part, I do my part, but with the ancient covenant, He does it all.

We bring nothing to the table. And it’s all because of the love He has for us. This ancient covenant shows us not who we are, but who God is.

Almighty, Merciful, and Loving Father.  His covenant for us is just because He decided to choose and love us not because of any of our good works, intelligence or self-imposed righteousness.

God’s covenant is a blessing. Titus 3:5-7. No sacrifices will come to pass without the shedding of blood. Heb. 9:7. The everlasting covenant blood gives us everything we need in life.

His blood is the importance of His love. We receive healing, forgiveness of sins, protection, oneness, authority, boldness, abundance, through His blood.

What else do we need in life that the Precious Covenant Blood of Jesus Christ has not offered? The question is, how many of us use and apply His blood in our lives every day? The blood that speaks, heal, deliver, set free, and protect....Halleluyah!

May His Covenant of Blood avail for us, in Jesus Name. AMEN.  You will have good success this 2019.

Remain blessed.

Shalom.
