Help from the God of Heaven

From Our Pastor Mrs' Desk

Hebrews 4:16  Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

The presence of God is heaven, so when Heaven comes down on a person, God comes to help, support, prosper, heal, set free, deliver, and in-habit.

Psalm 46:1 tells us the God of heaven is the ever present help in time of need.

He never leaves nor forsakes us. He’s our healer, Jehovah Rapha is His name.

He inhabits the praises of His children. Psalms 22:3.  John 8:36 – “If the Son there-fore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed”

God of heaven and earth cares so much about us and He desires we enjoy open heavens. He wants us to take our position and authority in the heavens and earth. He opens the heavens so we can receive our help, breakthrough, here on earth.

No good thing will He withhold from us. Psalm 84:11. While we are here on earth, God wants us to enjoy heavenly blessings and one of these blessings is Heavenly help, which comes only from God.

Psalm 121:1-2. Our help comes from God; not money, certificate, blue passport, green card, not even man.  I pray that God of Heaven and Earth, ever present help in time of trouble will arise to help us and give us a taste of Heaven, in Jesus Name, in Jesus mighty Name.

Amen

You will have good success this 2022. Remain blessed.

Shalom.

A Taste of Heaven's Glory

From Our Pastor's Desk

"Then Moses said, ‘Now show me your glory’” - Exodus 33:18 This the greatest request a man ever made of God. I think he is right. How could Moses have asked for anything larger? To see God’s glory is to see the God of Heavens Himself. It was as if Moses was saying, “Lord, let me see you as you really are.”

Usually when men pray, they want some special favor from the Lord. “Lord, help me find a job” or “Heal my child” or “Reveal your will to me” or “Increase my faith” or “Save me from this day of trouble.”

Those prayers are noble in themselves because they ask of God what only God can give.

If we ask that a mountain be cast into the sea, we are asking for something we ourselves cannot do.

So even our “ordinary” prayers honor the Lord because they teach us that God is God and we are not. But Moses’ prayer was different. God could not, at that time, grant the prayer in its fullness, for Moses was not capable of the vision; and the Lord told him, “And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live.

And the LORD said, Behold, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon a rock: And it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that I will put thee in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by: And I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back parts: but my face shall not be seen”

So, Moses saw a little bit of the glory of God. He had just a little taste of Heaven’s Glory. And his face shone.

Psalms 34:5 – “They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed”

Father, let the countenance of your glory rest upon us, and let us see light in thy light, in Jesus mighty Name. Amen

You will have good success this 2022.

Remain blessed.

Shalom.

Happy Anniversary Celebration of Heaven on Earth

From Our Pastor's Desk

Exodus 34:29 - And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him Moses came down from the mountain, his face was radiant because he had been speaking with God, but he didn’t know it.

He had been with God so long that some of God’s glory “rubbed off” on him. The Heavens had come down, and rubbed some glory on him. His men saw his shining face and knew that he had been with God.

Moses had no idea his face was shining until they told him. Evidently it was too much to look at so he veiled his face so he wouldn’t blind his friends.

Mercy Seatizens, today we celebrate our Church 12th Anniversary. CONGRATULATIONS.

Especially today, could you join Moses to start praying, “Lord, I beseech you today, as my Anniversary gift - Show me your glory,”

 Lord, let Heaven come down and let your glory fill my life.

 O Lord, let your glory be seen in every area of my life, in Jesus Name.

 Father, let your glory arise upon my life, and let me rise and shine.

 O God, let the rain of your glory bring abundance into my life this year, in Jesus Name. Exodus 40:34  Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.

 Father, let the cloud of your glory fill our church, RCCG Dominion Mercy Seat. Let your shekinah glory be seen upon us, as a Church, in Jesus mighty Name. Amen

You will have good success this 2022. Remain blessed.

Days of Heaven Upon the Earth

From Our Pastor's Desk

Deuteronomy 11:21 – “That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth.”

My prayer is that all of us, our children & loved ones will begin to experience heaven here on earth.

In the text found in Deuteronomy 11:21 quoted above, the LORD looked at the children of Israel and desired to give them a taste of heaven on earth.

The same is true of His intent towards us, His children, even today. God wants to give us a taste of heaven on earth.

Talking about experiencing the days of heaven on earth, this is what God has promised, and this promise will be ours, in Jesus Name. He has said it, we believe it, and that settles it.

We will live it and enjoy the blessing! It’s a life of happiness, joy, and length of days for us and our children. A life of God’s provisions, protection and peacefulness.

But there are conditions to enjoying heaven on earth. Ecclesiastes 12:13 says, “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God and keep His commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.”

That is the conclusion of the whole matter. Fear God and obey Him. All the good things God has promised us, we will enjoy and be partakers of, with all our children , in Jesus Name. Amen You will have good success this 2022.  Remain blessed.   Shalom.

January 2022 - Month of Heaven on Earth

 From Our Pastor's Desk

Welcome to this our new Month of Heaven on Earth, in Jesus name. Quite often the Heavens decide to visit earth. But not many experience the visitation.

It is God’s desire that His Heavenly Kingdom takes over the worldly kingdom here on earth.

Jesus told us in His model prayer in Matthew 6:9-10 - “…Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven”

God’s eventual purpose is to bring His kingdom to earth, not people going to heaven is the priority, though eventual.

His purpose is for heaven to come down, so that the culture of heaven, language, dress code, habits, nature of heaven’s community, host of heaven, be reflected on earth.

When heaven comes down, the glory of the Lord comes down. After Solomon built the temple and prayed for the Lord’s presence, for Heaven to come down 1st Kings 8:10-11 – “...that the cloud filled the house of the LORD, for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of the LORD”

I’m sure we all dream and desire to witness the glory of the Lord. We read the scriptures hungrily to find hope of realizing the dream of seeing His glory manifest.

Mercy Seatizens, welcome to January 2022, Our Month of Heaven on Earth. As we desire a taste of heaven this month, I pray that Heaven will come down and His glory will manifest and fill all of our lives, in Jesus Name  in Jesus Name. Amen.

Word of Our Testimonies

From Our Pastor's Desk

Revelations 12:11 - "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death."

In John 9, we read a story of a man born blind from birth, and healed by Jesus. He received his sight on the Sabbath, which was a problem for the Pharisees.

When they called the formerly blind man to hear his story, he gave a simple yet powerful personal eyewitness testimony.

"All I know is this: Once I was blind, and now I can see!"

You and I are often given the opportunity to use the power of our eyewitness testimony to convince others of God's grace, love and mercy and to encourage our brothers and sisters.

The text says, "they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony." Jesus has done His part in perfectly defeating the enemy.  He  shed His blood and rose from  the grave.

Now we must do ours  by telling our testimony!  Every  time you tell it, it re-minds the  devil he’s defeated!  Go ahead, don’t be afraid or ashamed - "tell it!"

Today’s Testimony Service is an opportunity that the Holy Spirit has given us to tell our story of His great, amazing and wonderful things the Lord has done in our lives.

ALL TO HIS GLORY. May He fill our mouths with many more testimonies, in Jesus Name. Amen

You will have good success this 2022.

Remain blessed.

Shalom.
